Lauren Hughes
Lauren is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with approximately 20 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities across school, clinical, home and community settings. She holds a Master’s in Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Special Education from Florida Gulf Coast University. Her expertise spans behavior assessment, skill acquisition, program development, parent coaching and staff training.
Afsheen Asim
Afsheen is an education and healthcare professional with an MD background and more than four years supporting children with developmental, behavioral and social-emotional needs in a public school district, including children with autism, ADHD and Down syndrome. She is completing graduate coursework toward BCBA certification through Florida Institute of Technology. A mother of three, she brings warmth and patience to every session.
Amanda Ferrer
Amanda is a caring and enthusiastic ABA professional who enjoys celebrating the small steps that lead to meaningful growth. She has supported children in clinic, home and community settings, and especially values helping children build self-help skills such as dressing, toileting and eating independently, using reinforcement, prompting and shaping to make learning engaging.
