At Blooming Hearts ABA Center, we are dedicated to helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder reach their fullest potential through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
We are seeking caring, energetic, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Whether you are already certified or looking to begin your career in ABA, we would love to hear from you!
Full-time and part-time positions available. Work location: in person at our Naperville center.
What We Offer
Pay is based on experience. BTs are eligible for a pay increase upon successful completion of RBT certification.

$20–$25 per hour

Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Implement individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data during therapy sessions.
Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.
Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment.
Collaborate effectively with BCBAs, fellow team members, and families.
Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations and all applicable privacy policies.
Follow all clinic policies, ethical guidelines, and safety procedures.
Who We’re Looking For
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
Experience providing ABA therapy is preferred.
Passion for working with children and supporting their growth and independence.
Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality.
Behavior Technicians (BTs)
High school diploma or equivalent required.
College coursework or degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field preferred.
Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Reliable transportation.
Willingness to obtain RBT certification within the required timeframe (training and support provided).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
