What is ABA therapy?
ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy is an evidence-based approach that teaches communication, social, and daily living skills step by step, using positive reinforcement. It is the most widely recommended therapy for children with autism.

What ages does Blooming Hearts serve?
We serve children ages 2 to 13. Early intervention often begins around age 2, and we continue supporting children through the elementary years with school-readiness and social-skills programs.
Do I need a diagnosis to start ABA therapy?
Most insurance plans require an autism diagnosis to cover ABA therapy. If your child is still being evaluated, contact us and we’ll guide you on next steps and help you plan ahead.
How do I get started?

How much does ABA therapy cost with insurance?

Therapy at Our Center
What does a typical session look like?
Sessions are one-on-one with a trained behavior technician, supervised by a BCBA. Your child works on individualized goals through play, structured activities, and natural routines like snack time and transitions.
How many hours per week will my child need?
It depends on your child’s assessment. Your BCBA will recommend a weekly schedule based on your child’s goals and explain the reasoning, and it is adjusted as your child progresses.
Are parents involved in therapy?
Yes. Parent training and regular progress meetings are part of every plan, so the skills your child learns at our center carry over to home and school.
